These are the Terms and Conditions for Vietnam Airport Car, which you have viewed through our website. Before continuing to browse our website and/or making a reservation with us, please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully, along with our Privacy Statement and Cancellation Policy.

By using our website and/or reserving ground transportation with us, you certify that you:

• Are at least 18 years old.
• Have the legal capacity to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Have had adequate time to read and comprehend them.
• Accept and agree to comply with them.
• If you don't accept these terms, you cannot continue using this website.

1. WHAT IS VIETNAMAIRPORTCAR.COM?

Vietnamairportcar.com is owned and operated by Asia Links Travel Joint Stock Company (It has been called "Vietnam Airport Car", "us", "we", and "our" since now), a company incorporated in Vietnam (company registration number 0108469291) with an address of No. 349 Hoang Hoa Tham Street, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Our website is designed to optimize the satisfaction of the customers when booking transportation.

2. CONTRACT

You affirm, at the time of booking, that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and website details, and that you own the legal ability and right to accept these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all individuals of your group. This indicates that you are in charge of making all required payments, informing us of any necessary modifications or cancellations, obtaining the confirmation, and keeping your companion updated.

When the booking is successful, a confirmation will be sent to you. In case we cannot serve any of the booking requests, we will email you to give recommendations as soon as possible.

By utilizing our website's services, you are presumed to have consented to receive the transaction-related e-mails and SMS messages we send. Thus, all of your transactions relating to the services you access via our website will be easier and faster.

You can also choose to receive our commercial emails and text messages informing you of our special offers, promotions, and programs related to our Services. This option is fully up to your consent, and you can withdraw your commercial electronic consent for marketing e-mails and text messages at any moment.

3. BOOKINGS

To make a reservation, select one of the Transport Services offered on our website and follow the instructions for online booking.

You must verify the accuracy of all the information you offer us at the time of booking, comprising of the pick-up details. Once you have checked these data, we will confirm your reservation with the chosen Transport Services.

If you have not given precise details of your trip, we cannot be responsible. Check our cancellation policy for further details.

A booking confirmation will be emailed to the email address provided at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. You may be required to give your reservation information to the driver before boarding.

Once your reservation is confirmed, our driver and private car will be waiting for you at the pick-up location and at the time you chose during the booking.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT

All the costs on the website consist of airport parking, gasoline, tolls, and taxes. On the booking page for your transfer, you will find a list of other features (if any) that are included in the price.

Any additional or other requests you make may entail additional fees that must be paid to Vietnam Airport Car directly. See Baggage, Additional Passengers, Special Requests, Passengers with Disabilities or Special Needs, and Child Passengers for further information.

At the time you submit your booking request, our business partner will automatically charge your credit or debit card and send you an e-mail confirming the transaction.

We are paid in VND (Vietnam dong), but the price may be shown in your selected currency based on current exchange rates. Even if the charge is handled in the original currency of your payment method, your bank may charge you a fee.

Note that we cannot refund any fees or charges incurred by your card provider. You must contact your card issuer for assistance.

Occasionally, we provide promos and discounts. Each term and condition must be checked for each of the promotions.

5. MEETING THE DRIVER

All passengers are responsible for meeting the driver at the location specified in your booking confirmation email, or as otherwise agreed between you and us. You should arrive at least 15 minutes before the informed departure time for the pick-up.

Due to the fact that the arrival time from your pick-up location to your destination may change based on traffic and other factors, we suggest that you calculate this time using Google Maps or a comparable application at the time of booking. The predicted arrival time provided by Vietnam Airport Car is not enforceable, and you cannot claim damages if you are late to your destination based on this estimate.

Even if you do not use the Transport Services (for example, if you are a "no show"), you will not be eligible for a refund if you fail to cancel the Transport Services within the time specified for cancellation, which is determined by the time you picked your Transport Services.

If you are experiencing a delay, please notify us as soon as possible.

6. BAGGAGE

Each traveler can bring baggage in the amount and size specified by the Transport Service you select when booking. Extra baggage exceeding authorized dimensions (as well as other objects like golf bags, skis, etc.) must be indicated at the time of booking and may result in additional fees/charges paid to Vietnam Airport Car. If you have extra luggage or luggage that is bigger than the standard size, your reservation may be canceled if the car or minibus doesn't have enough space for it. You might need to change your vehicle type.

7. ADDITIONAL PASSENGER

Our listed Transport Services don't cost you more based on how many people you have. However, the features and capacity of the vehicle you choose will depend on the number of people you have, so we recommend that you contact us directly for any changes made after reserving. In certain circumstances, we may offer you a different vehicle and charge you extra for it, or we may refuse to provide service for additional passengers.

8. SPECIAL REQUESTS OR REQUIREMENTS

All special requests such as VIP escorting and greeting services are subject to availability. We cannot promise that any unique requests will be satisfied, therefore please call us before your pick-up departure time to confirm your particular requirements. Additional charges may apply.

9. CHILD PASSENGERS AND CHILD SEATS

If you have booked a trip to a certain place, a child under 2 can travel without a child seat as long as he or she sits on an adult seat. Please note that regardless of age, all children and newborns contribute towards the vehicle's occupancy and must be included in the total number of passengers at the time of booking.

10. DISABLED OR SPECIAL NEEDS PASSENGERS

We are not a specialized disability transportation business, but we will make every effort to accommodate your needs. Please inform us in advance if you or any member of your group has a health condition or incapacity that may impact your ability to use our normal services. You may always inform us of your needs by submitting an order note ahead of making a reservation so that we can arrange the appropriate car for your needs.

11. LATE BOOKINGS

Transport Service reservations are only accepted if paid and confirmed at least 5 hours in advance.

12. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, AND CHANGES

If you need to cancel your reservation after it has been confirmed, you must immediately send an email to info@vietnamairportcar.com.

The following cancellation fees will apply:

• More than 48 hours before pick-up time: Free of charge.
• Less than 48 hours before pick-up time: 100% charge.
• No-show: 100% charge.

If you do not use the services and do not cancel the reservation, there will be no refunds.

13. INSURANCE

We suggest that you travel with proper travel insurance that covers your flight ticket, hotel reservation, and any other transit tickets you may have.

14. OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We serve as a market for Transport Companies. Vietnam Airport Car (together with our directors, officers, and staff) does not take any responsibility for the actual provision of the Transport Services, the acts or omissions, or for any loss or damage of any kind arising out of, or in connection with, any booking with us, or for any damages or losses by a Transport Provider or its drivers, or the performance of the Transport Services by them.

Since we are a marketplace with several Transport Companies, the information presented on our website, including pricing, vehicle type, availability, and any terms and conditions, is given by the specific Transport Company or their representatives. Such information is not our responsibility, and we rely on the authenticity of the information supplied by the appropriate Transport Company.

15. PRIVACY

We care about keeping you and your information safe. Please be aware that we never obtain any of your sensitive data. You may view all of the personal information we collect from you in order to give you appropriate transport services.

16. COMPLAINTS

If you encounter a problem during your journey, you must notify us immediately.

If you do not comply with this policy, it will be more difficult to investigate and resolve your complaint.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights on our websites are either ours or have been given to us and are secured.

Without our express authorization, any use of the content on our website is forbidden, including modification, subsequent publishing, reproduction, and entire or partial representation.

You agree not to utilize our websites for illegal activities.
